In order for you to relax in the knowledge that your home in France is being cared for in your absence, we can visit your property at agreed intervals to suit your requirements and undertake any of the following tasks

 

• Acting as your secure keyholder 

• Providing meter readings

• Checking for post and forwarding as required

• Maintenance checks, internal and external and informing of any issues

• Additional checks following bad weather

• Closing down and preparing the house for winter

• Opening up the house for spring/summer use

• Cleaning and airing your home

• Making up of bedrooms in preparation for your visit
