Running a gite can be a challenge, especially if you’re not living nearby. A smooth changeover day welcomes your guests to your home with a great first impression. Everything about your property inside and out needs to be as perfect as possible, you need your gite to stand out from the crowd and always meet your guest’s expectations 

We can help you to achieve this with the following services

Cleaning, Changeover & Laundry

  • Initial spring clean at the start of the season

  • Changeover cleaning between guests

  • Complete laundering of towels and linen (including ironing of linens)

  • Monitoring and topping up of supplies

  • Manage guest breakages or loss prior to return of damage refund 

  • End of season cleardown and packing away as required

Pool Cleaning 

  • Preparing and checking your pool and terrace for the new season 

  • Regular visits to clear, clean and check pool condition

  • Checking that all safety devices are maintained and in working order

  • Ensuring that terrace areas are kept swept and tidy

  • Winterising pool at the end of the season



  • Clearing, pruning and preparing your garden for the new season

  • Regular visits to mow, weed, strim and trim as required

  • Watering as needed in high season

  • Checking and cleaning of barbeque and outdoor furniture

  • Final mow, hedge trim and pruning for end of season and pack away of furniture etc.


Gite oncall service

We can offer a 24 hour oncall service for all of your guests. This would include for example an emergency call out for problems relating to the pool, water or electricity that needed urgent attention. We will provide your guests with our mobile numbers. Where possible we will deal with minor issues. For specialist works we will contact a local artisan to assess or fix the problem with your consent. For peace of mind we can also be contactable for your guests during their stay, to answer queries or should any unforeseen issue arise
